Collected during missions, Residuum serves as the foundation for advancing both individual player growth and the progression of the Warped Universe itself. This versatile resource is critical to shaping the Warped Universe, connecting every mission to meaningful outcomes.

Individual Use: Empowering Player Progression

Residuum empowers players to shape their journey through the Warped Universe:

• End-of-Mission Rewards: Residuum can be allocated at the end of missions to obtain rewards, such as Nexite, Sparks, Artifractal Cores, or Battle Pass XP.

• In-Mission Utility: Players can use Residuum to amplify certain skills, enabling strategic advantages in critical moments, or transmute it into ammunition during emergencies.

This dual-purpose presents players with meaningful choices: Should you use the Residuum you collect to gain immediate advantages in a mission, or save it for post-mission rewards, and your long-term growth?

Note: Residuum cannot be stored or carried over between missions. Residuum collected can only be used during the mission or at its conclusion.

• Building New Planets and Facilities: At the Nexus Station, Residuum powers the creation of new planets and facilities, shaping the evolving gameplay by influencing the overall metagame. Large-scale projects, such as building new planets and facilities, will require a specific amount of Residuum collected across all missions.
